SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order tracking number has been generated.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For flat rate shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.

For free shipping: No shipping charges will be applied

All domestic orders will be sent via Australia Post Parcel service. For shipping times, please visit the Australia Post website.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping worldwide.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For flat rate shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.

For free shipping: No shipping charges will be applied

All orders will be sent through Australia Post and then forwarded on to a postal service located in the country of purchase at the discretion of Australia Post. Australia Post tracking numbers may no longer work when the order has been handed off to another carrier and Daliante is at no responsibility to provide a new tracking number with the postal service that the order has been handed off to.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Daliante is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order label has been generated, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your email confirmation for addresses in Australia or 20 days for addresses outside Australia, please contact us at thedaliante@hotmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Daliante cannot guarantee parcels addressed to PO boxes will be delivered. If items are returned to sender because they could not be delivered to a PO box, Daliante will not be responsible for any extra postage costs incurred and the order may be held until extra postage costs are paid for by the customer. If the customer decides to refund the order then a full refund minus any postage costs already incurred will be paid back to the customer.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at thedaliante@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
